Pre-production Inspections
Prior to production, our quality control inspection of raw materials and components will confirm whether these meet your specifications and are available in quantities sufficient to meet the production schedule. An inspection of machinery and materials will be made before the production.and Ensure the factory’s machinery can meet your quality needs while guaranteeing the actual materials to be used in production are the materials agreed to
During Production Inspections
During production, the products are inspected to verify that quality requirements and specifications are being met. This process is useful in cases of repeated defects in production. It can help identify where in the process the problem occurs and provide objective input for solutions to resolve the production issues. We ensure production processes and capacity – enabling you greater control and sufficient time to improve production quality. When at least 20% of production is completed, our qualified inspector is sent to your factory to inspect production quality and status. Follow our checklist or your custom inspection requirements.
Pre Shipment Inspections (PSI)
An on-site product inspection ensures the conformity of production to your specifications prior to shipment.
When at least 80% of production is completed and packaged, our qualified inspector is sent to your factory to inspect the finished production following our checklist or your custom requirements, protecting you from shipping non-conforming product. After production is completed, a pre shipment inspection can be done to verify that the goods being shipped have been manufactured according to your requirements.
Container Loading Inspections
Container Loading Inspection . We check that your order is complete and securely loaded into the container before shipment. This is the final opportunity to confirm compliance with your requirements in terms of quantity, assortment, and packaging and Ensure the product you pay for is the product that ships. Prior to making final payment arrangements, guarantee you finished and packaged goods meet your specifications (product type and quantity) and are securely loaded for shipment.
